Apple Cinnamon Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients
1 serving:
80g oats
22g vanilla whey protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
40g non fat milk
57g non fat plain yogurt
80g chopped apples
Cinnamon
Butter
20g chopped walnuts
Directions
Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Melt some butter, and add the chopped apples. Top with cinnamon, and let cook until they’re soft, about 4-5 minutes.
Mix all ingredients besides the apples and walnuts together. Don’t add the apples until they’re completely cooled down! Add the walnuts right before you eat each serving.
Keep in the fridge in an air tight container. Good for up to 3 days.
