What's Included?
Everything you need to workout
App-based workouts complete with form videos, instructions with every exercise written by me to you personally, and exactly how much weight to use, sets to do, and reps to aim for.
Cardio & Lifting Included
After an in-depth conversation about your goals and amount of free time to workout, you will receive either a lifting plan, a cardio plan, or usually a mix of both. This is updated weekly.
Message-based Support between Calls
Quick questions? Form check? Bad day? Your personal trainer is just a text away. Support doesn't stop between Zoom calls.
Weekly Zoom Calls
Access to schedule 4 45 minute Zoom calls per month with me to check in, ask questions, and track progress.
Optional Nutrition Help
Personalized nutrition help. In-app macro tracking, and full access to recipe blog.
Ability to add on in-person sessions
This is my most popular option! Get all of the benefits of online training, but add on in-person sessions to check form, check strength levels, or go for PR's with a spotter! Current online clients get 10% off any in-person training package.
