Ingredients
1 serving:
250g Greek Yogurt (Look at the nutrition facts and make sure it has more protein compared to carbs, and 0-2g of fat, or else your actual macros will be WAY different than what is listed below)
5g Chia Seeds
40g Protein Granola
100g Berries
Directions
Add the yogurt, sprinkle the chia seeds, granola, and fruit on top. Enjoy!
