What's Included?

Custom Training Plan Built for You

You’ll get a workout plan designed for your schedule, goals, and experience level. No recycled templates, I'll design the plan right there as I listen to your specific goals, injuries, and personal preferences. Whether you lift 2x or 5x a week, you’ll walk away with a realistic plan that actually fits your life.

Built-In Tools & Resources

You’ll get access to a shared Google Sheets workout document with your personalized plan, complete with exercise names, sets, reps, and notes just for you. You’ll also get bonus tools like my Macro Meal Builder PDF and warm-up or mobility guides (if needed). Everything’s easy to access, refer back to, and use at your own pace.

Straightforward, No-BS Advice

I won’t just hand you a random plan. I’ll tell you why I programmed what I did, how to adjust it, and what to look out for. You’ll know exactly how to progress on your own.

45-Minute Strategy Call

Before I build your plan, we’ll talk through everything: your current routine, your goals, where you're stuck, what’s worked (and what hasn’t). You’ll leave the call already feeling more clear and focused.

Nutrition Guidance (Optional)

Need help with food, too? I’ll give you macro guidance, feedback on your current eating habits, and advice that actually makes sense for your goals - whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, or just feeling better day to day.

7 Days of Support After Your Plan

Got a question after you start? Something not making sense? You get one week of message access to ask follow-up questions and get clarity. You're not left hanging.
